Refund & Warranty Policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Warranty

All PAOLU DADA products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers:

  • Hardware defects under normal use
  • Component failure not caused by physical damage
  • Solder joint defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage (dropping, bending, water exposure)
  • Electrical damage (improper wiring, overvoltage)
  • Modification or repair by the user
  • Normal wear and tear

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If your product arrives non-functional, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@paoludada.com with your order number
  2. Describe the issue (for warranty claims, include photos if applicable)
  3. You will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the product back in original packaging
  5. Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, please wait until the product arrives and initiate a return.
