Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

All PAOLU DADA products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

  • Hardware defects caused by manufacturing
  • Component failure under normal operating conditions
  • Solder joint defects and PCB manufacturing issues
  • Firmware defects (will be addressed via OTA updates)

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, impacts, bending, cracked enclosures)
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Electrical damage from improper wiring, overvoltage, or reverse polarity
  • Damage from modification, repair, or disassembly by unauthorized persons
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accessories (cables, connectors) -- 30-day limited

How to Make a Claim

  1. Email support@paoludada.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include photos or video showing the defect if applicable
  3. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions
  4. If return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
  5. Replacement or repair will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Warranty Transfer

This warranty is tied to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Limitations

PAOLU DADA's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to downtime, loss of data, or damage to connected equipment.
