How do I update the firmware on my device?+
Firmware updates are delivered over WiFi via OTA. Connect your device to your network, open the web interface, and navigate to Settings > Firmware Update. You can also download firmware files from the Downloads page and flash via USB.
Do your products work with Home Assistant?+
Most PAOLU DADA products support MQTT and can be integrated with Home Assistant natively. Check the product documentation for specific compatibility and configuration steps.
What is your return policy?+
